Andy Morikawa and Marz Attar have been helping us look at Strategic Goal 5Â in our strategic planning process, and through this investigation, identified the potential to work with changemakers. We held a listening session with local area changemakers, which is detailed in this brief report. We will be meeting again soon to discuss where to take this information from here.
We began by looking at the gifts we bring to our work as changemakers…
Then we considered our community’s and surrounding communities’ needs…
And our own essential needs…
     We then contemplated our individual and collective capacities…
     And asked ourselves which tools would help to expand our capacities and improve their qualities…
Finally, we came up with some potential collaborations…
The big aha moment came when we realized that InStill offered the tools that could help expand changemakers’ capacities.
Our team will meet soon to consider where we could take this from here, and welcome any input you may have in that process.
