A Home for Mindfulness Programming & Resources

InStill Mindfulness moved into a new space on Washington Avenue in downtown Pulaski, VA in early 2023, allowing us to deliver a range of mostly free mindfulness programming and resources to the community. Our center includes practice space where we hold mindfulness-based classes, InSpire gatherings, a mindful recovery program, and other offerings from members of our InStill community. It also contains a library of mindfulness-related literature that is available to the public.

  • HOURS: Mon, Wed, Fri: 10am-4pm

Our InStill Center features a comprehensive mindfulness-based collection of books and other resources. Anyone in the community is welcome to come in whenever we are open and take out a book for free, and we simply ask that you return it when you’re done with it so you can pick up another one.
