InStill Mindfulness offers a variety of mindfulness classes, gatherings, retreats, and more. We are seeking to foster an engaged community of mindfulness practitioners of all levels of experience. Whether you live in Southwest Virginia or beyond, we have opportunities and resources in-person and online to help you in your mindfulness journey.

All of you is welcome here. Our InSpire mindfulness gatherings meet regularly to share experiences and practices in mindful ways. Find a gathering online or near you.

InStill offers guided meditations daily at 8am, with a different teacher each day. Each unique 30- to 45-minute session includes opportunities to connect with other participants and the teacher.

Cultivate your own mindfulness-based experience in this community that offers a broad range of ways to engage, including guided practices, online gatherings, poetry, and much more.

Walking Stick Yoga gives you the opportunity to embark on a new life habit. All you need to practice it is a pair of walking poles and a commitment to open yourself to the experience. Using supportive staffs or poles while practicing yoga postures brings stability and ease into each posture.

InSide: Justice System Training

We are committed to serving all members of our community, and aim to provide mindfulness training opportunities in all areas of the justice system. Your support will help us make achieving this goal possible, and has already enabled us to deliver mindfulness training in  the areas of juvenile justice and law enforcement.
