InSupport Mindfulness-Based Leadership is focused on the cultivation of mindfulness for leadership and improved relationships. We specialize in creating tailor-made solutions for any organization.

Why Mindfulness for Your Business or Organization?

Mindfulness training helps quiet the mind, leading to stress reduction, improved focus on important issues, better relationships, greater intuition, and creativity. Practitioners become more patient, keeping issues in perspective, which leads to greater resilience in the face of challenging tasks.

Each of these attributes contribute to stronger leadership, improved efficiency, increased awareness, and better decision-making, which we refer to as the LEAD Matrix:

InSupport LEAD Matrix

The LEAD Matrix

  • LEADERSHIP
Mindfulness cultivates the essential leadership skills of broader perspective, awareness, and resilience, leading to better relationships and improved creative problem-solving and decision-making skills. An ongoing practice also cultivates focus, patience, and reduces stress professionally and personally.

  • EFFICIENCY
When stress is reduced, we are naturally able to focus our attention better. We can see things more clearly. Improved awareness helps us catch problems that may have slipped past others, and even see creative solutions that no one else has thought of.

  • AWARENESS
An excellent leader has excellent awareness. Observation skills and clear perspective are key ingredients for any new or ongoing project. Awareness helps to detect and address any potential problems early, including problems with interpersonal relationships or relational dynamics between teams or departments.

  • DECISION-MAKING
A stress-free approach to making decisions allows relaxed objectivity—a critical skill that allows us to see issues from many angles and perspectives at the same time. With simple awareness and objectivity, we begin to develop an intuitive sense and be open to receiving fresh ideas.

How It Works

InSupport offers a range of formats, from 90-minute presentations to two-day retreats or regular sessions, focused on the cultivation of mindfulness for leadership and improved relationships. Mindfulness is a practice shown to improve clarity of thinking, and enhance awareness, efficiency, focus, and creativity for the benefit of your organization, as well as your life as a whole. We will meet with you to determine your needs and work with you to design the right program for your circumstances.

If you sit and observe, you will see how restless your mind is. If you try to calm it, it only makes it worse, but over time it does calm, and when it does, there’s room to hear more subtle things – that’s when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more. Your mind just slows down, and you see a more tremendous expanse in the moment. You see so much more than you could before.    -Steve Jobs
