Jason Dilg

Jason Dilg is a mindfulness and applied neuroscience facilitator and coach, who brings expertise from two decades of mindfulness and applied neuroscience study and practice. He was executive director the nonprofit, Be Mindful, where he led the curriculum development for FedEx’s successful Human Performance Initiative. He is a regular guest lecturer at Radford University’s graduate counseling program; his presentation “Don’t Think of a Virus” was the highest-rated session at the 2020 National Emergency Management Association’s annual conference; and his paper “Walk for your Life: Mindfulness Practices for Challenging Times,” was included in Journal of Buddhist Studies. Jason is an ecological design adjunct at Springhouse Community School, and has recently become a certified remote SUAV pilot. He has completed Be Mindful’s instructor training as well as an applied neuroscience coaching certificate.
