InSpired by Mindfulness? Join the Club!
The practice of mindfulness is more impactful in community. It was always intended to take place with others, to surround ourselves with support, and to help guide us through the many “growth opportunities” that contemplative practice provides us.
InSpire mindfulness gatherings were created to provide that community of support. We gather weekly in presence with one another to share practices and experiences in a mutually supportive environment.
Each gathering features mindfulness-based practices, discussions, and fun activities. All members, regardless of their experience, are welcome to lead activities, initiate discussions, and share their experiences.
