InSpire mindfulness gatherings

 

Thank you for your interest in online InSpire gatherings. We are very happy to make them available to you, so we can continue to develop communities around our practice.

In order to ensure a level of intimacy, and so we know who to expect, we ask you to register for these Zoom meetings ahead of time by clicking on the event you wish to attend on the calendar below. If you are unable to join us online, there is a Dial-in option for each meeting as well.

We gather on Tuesdays at 6pm (Eastern time), Thursdays at 8am, Saturdays at 9am, and Sundays at 9am. To register, click below on the date of the gathering(s) you wish to attend.

If you haven’t used Zoom before, you may wish to try a Zoom Test Meeting first to find your way around the app.

As you might imagine, InStill has costs to cover in bringing you these sessions. In our efforts to share mindfulness with people who wouldn’t otherwise have access to it, we also work in public schools, corrections environments, and other settings in which we welcome any support to help cover costs. Your support will assist our nonprofit organization in achieving our goals, and is deeply appreciated. Thank you.
