InSpired Recovery Pulaski

No matter where you are in your recovery journey, InSpired Recovery provides an opportunity to approach it contemplatively, within the InSpire framework. It provides an opportunity to build deep connection – with ourselves, one another, and the wider community – through mindfully discussing concerns and issues that are relevant to one of the most challenging roads that can be traveled.
Recovery happens at a different pace for everyone. During this process, honesty with yourself will be key.
Some of the ways in which we address recovery within this framework include:
- Expressing difficult feelings
- Celebrating progress
- Maintaining accountability
- Conflict resolution
- Identifying ‘bad’ habits
- Goal setting
- Mindfulness practice
- Gratitude practice
- Identifying triggers
- Implementing self-care
- Relapse prevention
