Inspire Gatherings are spaces where we come together as a community to invite a contemplative dimension to our life in the midst of everyday demands. These are not workshops or classes, but circles of connection: places where we sit with one other, share what’s true for us, and walk the clearer path that good company cultivates. Rooted in contemplative practice and the understanding that presence itself can be healing, each gathering invites us to slow down, arrive fully, and discover what becomes possible when we tend to both inner stillness and outer belonging. Whether you’re new to contemplative practice or have been walking this path for years, you’re welcome here.
Each gathering features mindfulness-based practices, discussions, and fun activities. All members, regardless of their experience, are welcome to lead activities, initiate discussions, and share their experiences.
