Frank Taylor is originally from Baltimore, where he graduated from Southern High School. He is a firm believer in Jesus Christ and fan of the Orioles and Ravens. Aside from his work at InStill, he volunteers at his church to support people in need. Frank sees himself as a very happy person who is passionate about helping people and will do what needs to be done to help anyone who wants support.
