Rev. Brad Dulaney is the Lead Pastor at Blacksburg United Methodist Church. He is an Elder in the Virginia Conference of The United Methodist Church and an Elder in Full Connection with The United Methodist Church. Brad studied Theology and Sacred Music at Boston University School of Theology, and Vocal Performance at Emory and Henry College.
