We have done our best to compile a comprehensive list of meditation groups for southwest Virginia.

We are unable to keep track of all the developments with these groups, so please contact them before attending to confirm the details, and please email us if you know of any others, or of any corrections to our existing listings.

Also, you might want to keep an eye on our InSpire mindfulness clubs. These clubs incorporate mindfulness, service, and fun, all in the pursuit of developing community. Please consider joining or starting one in your area.
