InStill is delighted to offer free online meditations every morning at 8am, with a different teacher each day.
While each 40- to 45-minute session is unique in its own way, they all feature an opportunity to connect with other participants and the teacher.
On Thursdays Inge Terrill interweaves a healing tapestry of Focusing, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Compassion and Meditation. Sessions may include sitting practices, gentle movement, and even singing. Positive psychology, intention setting, gratitude, and forgiveness practices are sprinkled into the mix.
