Deepen your meditation practice with our monthly, in-person, half-day meditation retreat.
Beginning in October we will offer a morning of meditation one Saturday each month. We will begin meditation at 9:00 am and sit three rounds. Participants are asked to arrive by 8:45 am for orientation.
You are welcome to leave after any round and may join at the beginning of any round, after you have attended one orientation session.
At the conclusion of the morning, we will gather for sharing and to plan the date and location for sitting the following month.
Please bring a food offering to share if you plan to stay for the social following the sittings.

InStill freely offers this program; however, we do rely on donations from our participants to support our programs and all contributions are gratefully received.
Cushions and chairs will be available, and feel free to bring your own cushion if you wish.
