I’m Still Here is a monthly drop-in event at the InStill Center for Wellbeing in Pulaski that celebrates life, recovery, and community. Held on the third Thursday of each month from 10AM-4PM, this heartfelt event specifically honors birthdays and recovery milestones, while also uplifting our unhoused neighbors and others who may have never had the opportunity to be celebrated. Through mindfulness practices, shared moments, and thoughtful reflection, we come together to recognize the importance of each person’s journey, creating a space of belonging and compassion.
Thanks to the generous support of Pulaski Food City, each event features cupcakes as a shared dessert that helps us celebrate individuals in our community who are often overlooked or excluded from such recognition. The gesture of a birthday cake represents more than just a sweet treat—it is a way to show each person, regardless of their circumstances, that they are valued and deserving of celebration. I’m Still Here reflects our commitment at InStill Mindfulness to provide peer recovery services, harm reduction initiatives, and a mindful community for all. Join us as we uplift one another and honor the strength it takes to keep moving forward.
