Easeful • Joyful • Skillful
Parenting isn’t easy. Babies aren’t born with an instruction manual, and there are so many conflicting ideas of what it means to be a good parent. Add to this the many stressors of parenthood—finances, relationships, work-life balance, and so much more—and it is no wonder we make mistakes.
A mindful approach to parenting will not make the stressors go away, but it will give you better tools to deal with them, and help you parent more effectively than you already do.
Once a month, InStill Mindfulness hosts Mindful Parenting classes in partnership with Pulaski County Library System. Each month we host a different class with a different teacher to expose you to a broad range of approaches that help make parenting more easeful, joyful, and skillful.
Childcare, snacks and drinks will be available in the library for each session, to give you the space you need to enjoy and get the most out of each offering.
These classes are freely offered, and donations gratefully accepted.
