This can help improve relationships, reduce emotional reactivity, and increase overall feelings of joy, happiness, and peace. How the discussion group works: We will read the book throughout the month of May, and gather to discuss the book, how it relates to your life, and how you can implement what you learn in your life, on three occasions. Each meeting will conclude with a ThÃch Nhất Hạnh-inspired guided meditation practice led by Dr. Alan Forrest.
