A month of mindfulness-based offerings

Spring is a busy season. It’s easy to get caught up in all the doing without stopping to smell the flowers and soak up all the being. So we’re providing you an opportunity to make your May a little more mindful by offering over 60 mindfulness-based workshops, retreats, gatherings, and other activities.

These events, like everything we do, are primarily offered free of charge. We make our offerings free to all members of the public, whenever possible, to support our vision of Cultivating a Mindful World for All.

However, our work to create and host such events is not free on our end: we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which means that we exist primarily through charitable giving. Your donations help us continue to exist and to thrive, and to be able to offer meditation and mindful programs every day of the calendar year.

We are excited to announce a $6,000 matching challenge from a longtime supporter, who will match you—dollar for dollar—for the first $6,000 raised in this campaign!

All are welcome to attend our offerings, your support will help us continue to keep as many offerings as possible free, so they are accessible to all peoples and groups.

Here’s what’s available to you throughout May. Please join us as often as you can!
