Hazel Wines is a community organizer who has lived her entire life in the New River Valley. She is the co-founder and President of Pulaski County Free Store, serves on the editorial board of the People's Paper, and has spent the last 14 years serving Pulaski County through her volunteer work. Hazel's belief in the strength of her community and her love for her neighbors motivates her to continue working to create a future that benefits all.
