
Jodi Psathos
Jodi Psathos has been drawn to stillness for as long as she can remember. As a child, she loved sitting quietly and "thinking about nothing," long before she knew it was a practice. After moving through a period of deep grief, she found her way back to mindfulness and began nurturing a lifestyle rooted in presence and compassion. Her path is enriched by embodied arts— Kung fu, Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga, and dance— interwoven with ecstatic breath work, Taoist inner Alchemy, Buddhist and Christian teachings, and contemplative practices.
