Parrish Lee is a graphic designer and marketer. Born and raised in North Carolina, he has worked with large and small companies from Madonna to Crafty Quilting (a small quilting company created by a stay-at-home mother), and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed. Parrish has been practicing mindfulness for three years and until now has been entirely self taught. He enjoys guiding friends and family who are ready to experience mindfulness with him.
