Shane King
Shane King is a dedicated Peer Recovery Specialist, yoga instructor, and sound therapy and biotuning practitioner with a passion for holistic wellness. He began his recovery journey in 2017 and has since found purpose in supporting others in transforming their relationships with substances. With a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, Shane provides peer support in various environments, fostering trust and encouraging self-empowerment. He believes that recovery is deeply personal and that everyone deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental support as they navigate their own path. With his 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, Shane leads classes that blend movement with breathwork, focusing on increasing body awareness, grounding and balance. At InStill Mindfulness, Shane shares his expertise through yoga, mindfulness, and recovery-focused practices, encouraging personal growth and well-being.
