Chief Kelly joined the Pulaski Police Department in 2023 after retiring from another police department.  He served in Patrol and Narcotics before being appointed the Chief of Police in 2026. Chief Kelly understands that the police can play an important role in connecting our residents and guests with needed services.  He is a member of our Recovery Leadership Team and is committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of everyone who calls the Town of Pulaski home.
