Kimberly Haug is a New River Valley native who attended Christiansburg High School and graduated from Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in Christian Ministry. She began her professional career at HCMF Corporation and then at Prison Fellowship Ministries, where she assisted the VP of Training in developing training materials. In 2003, she joined the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, rising to the rank of Captain in the Corrections Office. In 2023, Kimberly became the Superintendent at New River Valley Regional Jail, where she continues to serve her community.
