The Mindfulness of Singing

For three special weeks, Dr. Denise Bernardini – author of Mindfulness of Singing – leads our Pilot InSpire sessions with classes on how to connect mindfully to your very own instrument – your voice.

No previous experience is necessary. If you can hum, you can enjoy this experience. We will tap into breathing, movement, humming and singing, as a means to be present, create intentions, and calm the nervous system, by using the many benefits of singing.

Join us on June 28, July 5 & July 12 for these very special sessions.

 

We look forward to joining you for Wednesday evening InSpire at the beautiful Shanti Meditation Hall in Pilot, where we’ll share our practices, and discuss how our practices relate to our lives.
