We look forward to joining you for InSpired Elders NRV at Unitarian Universalist Congregation, where we’ll share our practices, and discuss how our practices relate to our lives.

InSpired Elders provides an opportunity to build deep connection – with ourselves, one another, and the wider community – through mindfully discussing concerns and issues that are relevant to what can often be the deepest stage of life.
