Creative Recovery Group
November 19 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
There are many roads to recovery. In this group, InStill’s Peer Recovery Specialist, Pamela Edwards, gives participants an opportunity to approach recovery through creative activity, with the opportunity for connection and peer support.
This weekly gathering is held on Tuesdays from 1-3PM, and is designed to support individuals on their journey of recovery through creative expression and community connection. Each session features a unique art activity or creative project, offering participants a hands-on way to explore their inner experiences, reflect on personal growth, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Whether it’s painting, drawing, or crafting, these activities provide a meaningful way to engage with one’s recovery through contemplative creativity.
This group is open to everyone, regardless of artistic experience, and fosters a sense of community and connection. By integrating creative expression with contemplative practices, Creative Recovery offers a space for participants to slow down, reflect, and engage with their recovery process in a nurturing and nonjudgmental setting. Join us each week as we explore the transformative power of creative connection.
