Heart to Earth Nature Journaling
Nature Journaling: Delight in the wonders all around us

In this mindful class, we will make close observations and record our findings in words and images on the nature journal page. Learn simple, meditative writing and sketching practices to help you connect with yourself, others, and Mother Earth. The smallest and humblest plants and animals can reveal amazing beauty, patterns, shapes, details, and designs when you stop to really look. Fall is a perfect time to begin a nature journal, bringing with it so many colorful changes for us to notice and enjoy. This is a great way to slow down, unplug, and relax. Learn the foundation for a regular nature journaling habit. No experience necessary!
