Deepen your meditation practice with our monthly, in-person, half-day meditation retreat.
These retreats offer an accessible way to deepen your practice without the commitment of a full day or weekend.

Held in a range of spaces in Southwest Virginia, each session moves through alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle at their own pace. The retreat closes with a period of integration, a chance to gather what’s arisen before returning to daily life. Whether you’re looking to extend your practice or simply longing for a few unhurried hours of stillness, these gatherings offer spacious ground.
We offer these retreats on the third Saturday of each month. Meditation begins at 9am and we sit three 40-minute rounds. New participants are asked to arrive by 8:45 am for orientation.
You are welcome to leave after any round and may join at the beginning of any round, after you have attended one orientation session.
At the conclusion of the morning, we will gather for sharing. Please bring a food offering to share if you plan to stay and socialize following the sittings.
Here is our schedule:
8:45 am: Arrival and Orientation
9:00 -9:40 am: First sitting round
9:40-10:00 am: Walking Meditation
