Living Lyrically is a weekly program at InStill Mindfulness that invites participants to explore and connect on their recovery journey through the shared power of music.

Led by Peer Recovery Specialist Pamela Edwards every Thursday from 1-3 pm, this group offers a reflective space where members can use music as a bridge for understanding and connection.

Each session begins with a time for group listening, featuring a song chosen by the facilitator that resonates with themes of recovery. Participants are encouraged to discuss and reflect on the song’s messages and share how they connect with their personal experiences.

In addition to the facilitator’s selection, participants can introduce songs that they find meaningful on their own recovery path, allowing everyone to share their musical inspirations and stories.

Living Lyrically is open to anyone, offering a safe, welcoming environment where music becomes a means for expression and connection. This program aims to empower participants to recognize the resilience in their journeys and celebrate the transformative role of music in personal growth and healing.
