Ease into Wednesday evenings in November with coach, personal trainer, and therapeutic yoga expert, Kim Dove, as she guides you through practices designed to lead into deep, restful sleep.

Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’, is a healing practice that can help alleviate stress, anxiety and depression by repairing and restoring the body on the deepest cellular level. Following breathwork and gentle movement, practitioners will receive a guided meditation to enter a state of ultimate relaxation. This easeful practice is an efficient journey back to effortless awareness, balancing the nervous system and providing a sense of rejuvenation.
