Why Haven? Havening promotes healthy emotional regulation, trauma healing, and amplifies positive states of well-being. This modality has the power to rapidly free you from being stuck in the past or worried about the future.

Self-Soothe with Havening

Join certified Havening facilitator Martha Kastler to experience healing in your hands as she guides you through changing your brain chemistry in response to a recent mild stressor. She will share an introduction to this neuroscience-based technique and facilitate an experience that will end with a relaxing meditation.
