As we move into the upcoming holiday season, this retreat will serve to cultivate a compassionate connection to yourself, others, and the world around us. With a grateful presence we can renew our own sense of vitality and appreciation, increasing our resilience and generosity. During the retreat, we will engage in mindfulness, compassion and nature connection practices. We will also use poetry as a gentle entry into reflection and invite you to bring a journal or notebook to record your thoughts, feelings and insights.
