Choose an activity (walk, run, bike, kayak, Yoga, meditate….) and commit to placing a desired amount of money per mile / per minute in a jar (perhaps decorated and within sight?).
Not only are you helping to support InStill, but you are hopefully benefiting as well❤️ It can be a very impactful opportunity.
Make a mindfulness-based self-care commitment to yourself in May:
- Meditate every day
- Do a mindful movement practice every day
- Go a month without drinking
- Take a mindful walk each day
- Train for and run a 5K
- Bike each day
- Swim every day
You choose what you want to do, simply ensure that it adds to your self-care.
You choose an event (or simply create your own personal goal) that may include physical activity, Yoga, meditation…and put a self-designated amount of $ in a jar (that you’ve creatively decorated and is in view!) for each mile, minute…and as you’ve not only provided support for our program, you’ve (hopefully!) enjoyed some “self-care” for the month!
